We are competent, capable, and we invest in our people and in our processes to ensure we continue to grow and do our best work every day.Scope of the position:Fabricate, assemble, and install metal components and structures, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.Key ResponsibilityInterpret engineering drawings and blueprints to fabricate metal components using various tools and equipment.Cut, weld, and shape metal pieces to assemble structural frameworks and machinery parts.Inspect fabricated components for quality and accuracy and make necessary adjustments.Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure manufacturability and functionality of fabricated components.Key Performance IndicatorsAccuracy and precision of fabricated components.Compliance with quality and safety standards.Decision making authoritySelection of fabrication techniques and materials, and recommendations for process improvements.The above is not exhaustive.
