Responsible for inspecting and verifying inventory, processes, and warehouse management systems within the warehouse to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and customer standards. Verifies inventory counts, inspects incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality, and ensures compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Conduct audits, track discrepancies, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

• Conducts regular physical inventory counts and reconciles discrepancies.
• Verifies accuracy of inventory records by cross-checking with physical stock.
• Prepares detailed reports on inventory findings and discrepancies.
• Implements corrective actions to address inventory discrepancies.
• Monitors inventory levels and reports any significant variances.
• Collaborates with warehouse staff to ensure proper inventory procedures.
• Evaluates existing inventory control systems and suggests improvements.
• Assists in inventory forecasting and planning activities.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Keeps updated records of inventory transactions and adjustments.
• Analyzes inventory turnover rates and provide insights for improvement.
• Assists with the setup of new inventory control procedures.
• Conducts internal audits to verify stock levels and conditions.

• High school or equivalent with at least 2 years of auditing experience is preferred.
• Prior lift truck experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills required.
• Strong attention to detail required.
• Ability to work well with other people.
• Prompt, regular attendance.
• Must be self-motivated.
• Flexibility in work hours.
