What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality patient care in ICU settings including MICU, TICU, Neuro ICU, and Burn ICU.
• Float to various ICUs as needed, ensuring flexibility and comprehensive skill utilization.
• Manage patient ratios of approximately 1:2 to ensure safe and attentive care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans.
• Use Epic EMR system for documentation and communication.
• Adhere to all hospital safety and protocols, including infection control and patient safety standards.
• Respond promptly to changing patient needs, including emergencies and critical situations.

What You Need

• Active RN license in Louisiana or appropriate Compact State.
• Minimum 2 years' ICU experience in a busy hospital setting.
• Proficiency with Epic EMR.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required; CPI and CCRN are preferred.
• Ability to float between ICUs and adapt quickly to different clinical environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure.
