Electronics Technician II (Level 2) – Franklin, MA We are seeking an experienced Electronics Technician II to join our growing team. This hands‑on role builds and wires custom electrical control panels for cutting‑edge industrial automation applications. Pay : $25–$27 per hour, plus 6% shift differential for 2nd shift. Temp‑to‑Perm opportunity with overtime available. Responsibilities Build and wire electrical control panels, junction boxes, and subassemblies. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and bills of material. Install PLCs, relays, switches, lights, sensors, and other electrical components. Use hand and power tools to drill, tap, assemble, and fabricate panels. Train and mentor junior technicians. Perform quality checks and ensure projects are completed on schedule. Take ownership of customer projects from start to finish. Qualifications 4+ years of control panel wiring and electrical assembly experience. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Experience using hand and power tools.
