Municipal Project Manager

Salary: Up to $150,000 (DOE) Position Overview Seeking an experienced Municipal Project Manager to lead the planning, design, and execution of municipal infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Lead municipal infrastructure projects including water, sewer, stormwater, roadway, site development, and parks. Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and technical deliverables. Prepare engineering reports, design documents, construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates. Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies. Perform QA/QC reviews and ensure compliance with municipal standards. Mentor junior engineers and support business development initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Arizona PE License (or ability to obtain within 6 months). 8+ years of civil engineering experience, including 3+ years in project management. Strong experience with municipal infrastructure projects. Proficiency in Civil3D, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, SWMM, WaterCAD, SewerCAD, and StormCAD. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
