What You'll Do:

As a Service Technician, you'll be the go-to expert for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of high-tech retail scales, packaging systems, and food processing equipment. Every day brings something newnew challenges, new customers, new equipment to master.

You will:

• Read and interpret electrical schematics to troubleshoot with confidence.
• Provide expert technical support mostly with on-site visits and in the shop.
• Service and repair retail scales, wrappers, and food processing equipment.
• Apply mechanical repair skills to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Maintain your company vehicle, laptop, and parts inventory.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to a diverse client base.
• Use tools.

What You Bring:

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read schematics and diagnose issues logically.
• A customer-first mindsetyou care about solving problems the right way.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Preferred Experience:

• HS Diploma/GED + 24 years mechanical/electrical experience.
• Food equipment service experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on electrical/mechanical work.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift 5075 lbs (with or without assistance).
• Walk 13 miles/day; drive 25 hours/day.
• Kneel, squat, bend, push/pull in various environments (noise, heat, cold, wet).
• Availability for overtime and on-call rotations.
