Business Analyst

Job Description the Product Management Business Analyst-CONTRACTOR, acting as a system and/or functional area subject matter expert, is responsible for investigating and documenting solution and/or program requirements through collaboration with stakeholders, Product Managers, and business partners. Aligned with TRIMEDX’ Vision, Mission and Values, this individual will perform in an Agile development environment, working with Product Managers, business leaders, internal stakeholders, external customers, subject matter experts, user experience designers, and/or software developers. Activities will include, but are not limited to, feature breakdown, client and operational requirements gathering, process mapping, rough prototyping/wireframing, documentation creation and/or updating, development story and/or system testing, training development support, and supporting the delivery of fully realized capabilities to the business. Aha, Jira, Rally, Confulence, etc) Experience/knowledge of TRIMEDX business, Healthcare, and/or specific functional areas is a plus Capability to identify, develop and serve all clients to the highest level of satisfaction Ability and experience to develop, track, and manage metrics to ensure compliance and performance to expectation Competence with business and strategy development processes including technical solutions, marketing/communication, sales, and business relationship management strongly preferred Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications required; including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook and Project #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
