Our Field Leaders oversee multiple restaurant locations - they understand the importance of strong partnerships with restaurant managers and how to run a great operation. You are also eligible for quarterly cash bonuses and annual equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
