Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Experience:

• 18 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 18 months of Telemetry Unit experience worked in the last 3 years.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Georgia license or compact license (required for submission).

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: AMN Program - Emory Healthcare.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement. - 18 months MS experience. - IV insertion, PICC lines, and tele interpretation.

Required Credentials: - Basic Medication Exam required. - Telemetry competency exam required.

Unit Details: - Procedures on the unit include lumbar punctures, thoracentesis, NGT/feeding, and NFT insertion. - Common diagnoses/procedures include CHF, COPD, DM, sepsis, pneumonia, GIB, AMS, HTN, renal failure, and heart failure.

Shift & Scheduling: - No call.

7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 10/31/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/24/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026. Number of holidays allowed off: 1
