About the Role
We're seeking licensed or soon-to-be licensed therapists who are passionate about providing high-quality, client-centered mental health care. Our dedicated client care team handles new patient calls, matching, scheduling, and intake forms. Our billing team manages insurance claims and collections. This allows clinicians to spend more time doing what they do best: helping people.

Preferred Licensure

• LMHC or LMHC Intern
• LCSW or LMSW
• LMFT or RMFTI
• Therapists expected to achieve full licensure within six months are encouraged to apply

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field
• Active clinical or intern-level licensure
• Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
• Strong communication skills and professional boundaries
• Proficiency with EHR systems and common office technology
• Ability to successfully complete required Level 2 background screening

Desired Experience

• 2+ years of experience providing clinical therapy experience preferred
• Experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, and/or life transitions
• Experience using evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, and/or ACT
• Experience working with diverse populations and community resources
• Experience with insurance-based mental health services and EHR documentation

What You'll Do

• Complete diagnostic assessments and individualized treatment plans
• Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy
• Maintain a caseload of 27+ client visits per week for full-time clinicians
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Coordinate care with families, providers, case managers, schools, and community supports
• Participate in clinical meetings, consultation, and training
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
