Field Telecommunications Technician

We are looking for a Field Telecommunications Technician in the Seattle, WA area who has a strong desire to resolve technical issues, is flexible, learns quickly, and can work independently while providing support and guidance to our customer base on SONIFI products. We will supply you with the tools needed for success: a company vehicle, tools, cell phone, laptop, and technical support. Customer Experience & Communication As the face for our organization, we are looking for someone who is passionate about the customer and strives to provide a great customer experience. You must communicate thoughtfully and professionally with the staff at our hospitality customers and understand and respect the boundaries, protocols, and empathy needed in our healthcare customer environments. Education & Technical Expertise High-Speed Internet and WIFI Satellite TV Digital TV IPTV Telecom RF CATV MATV Head-end At minimum, the role requires a technical degree plus one year of related experience, or a high school diploma or GED plus three years of work experience. Other Requirements A valid driver’s license and safe driving habits to operate a company vehicle. Occasional travel outside the assigned region, on‑call duty, and occasional overtime and weekend work to accommodate service level agreements. Ability to adapt to changing customer priorities and requests. This position is also eligible for PTO, holidays, health, dental, vision, retirement plan, pet insurance, on‑demand pay, and a variety of other benefits. Generally starting at $25–$32 per hour. The pay of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to location, experience, education, specialty, and training.
