Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care to level 1 trauma patients, ensuring rapid response measures are in place.
• Collaborate with security and other departments to maintain a safe ER environment.
• Administer common drips and medications in emergency situations.
• Interpret telemetry readings and perform initial patient assessments.
• Participate in triage and fast track processes efficiently.
• Comply with facility and Cuready's clinical policies including fingernail policy.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and certification in ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC.
• Recent experience in a level 1 or level 2 trauma center required.
• BSN preferred for compliance with facility requirements.
• Ability to pass open book exam with 90% during orientation.
• Valid driver's license to verify location requirements.
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system and handling high acuity cases.
