Licensed Physical Therapist

This position follows a Day 5x8-Hour schedule from 07:00 to 17:30, Monday through Friday, with no weekends required.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team. The role involves evaluating, planning, and implementing treatments to improve patient mobility and quality of life. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing client-centered rehabilitation services in accordance with Wellspan guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions and reassess patient progress.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress in the EPIC charting system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Current PT License in PA or a COMPACT state.
• EPIC charting experience is required.
• ACLS certification is preferred.
