Position Details Location: Northport, AL 35473 Status: Part-Time, Non-Exempt Reports To: Supervisor of Merchandising On-site Position: Will service product in multiple stores and travel between them Travel: up to 100% of the time to cover territory Compensation: Competitive Wage $15 including travel time paid Schedule Assigned stores serviced on designated weekdays according to schedule More than 10 hours in a workday or overtime requires supervisor approval Requirements General merchandising experience preferred but not required Strong interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication Multitask ability and detail-oriented Professional conduct Adherence to attendance policy Reliable transportation Ability to use Movista or other company applications Cell phone/mobile device, such as tablet Proficient with Word, internet, email Responsibilities Work in retail environment to effectively merchandise products using store and corporate standards, safely replenish product, assemble shelves/racks/display cases following guidelines Service all stores as scheduled within allotted hours provided by Supervisor, Merchandising; seek approval before working outside of scheduled hours Accurately record work hours and other company info using designated applications Discuss duties requested by store personnel not listed herein with Supervisor before performing Other duties as assigned (handle product, returns, follow planograms, maintain communication, develop relationships) Physical and Mental Requirements Physical: must bend, sit, squat, stand, walk, climb, kneel, push/pull, handle objects, reach above shoulder level, use fine finger movements. Must carry/lift loads of light up to 25 lbs, moderate 25-50 lbs, heavy over 50 lbs. Mental: read/comprehend, write, perform calculations, communicate orally, reason and analyze. Environmental: may be exposed to excessive noise, moving machinery, changes in temperature/humidity, dust, fumes, gases, radiation, microwave, motorized equipment, confined quarters.
