The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for: Creating, maintaining, and auditing all customer pricing records within internal systems. Analyzing pricing and sales data using tools such as Phocas and Pricing AI to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Collaborating with sales, marketing, and finance teams to develop pricing strategies aligned with business goals. Making informed pricing decisions based on AI-driven recommendations, historical data, and market feedback. Partnering with branch contacts and vendors to establish and update special pricing agreements. Ensuring all pricing agreements are properly documented, scanned, and indexed for easy reference. Providing support and guidance to internal teams regarding pricing structures and system functionality. Monitoring pricing performance and recommending adjustments to improve margin and competitiveness. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, or a similar role. Proficiency in data analysis tools and pricing software (e.g., Phocas, Pricing AI). Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively. Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Why State Electric Supply Co.?
