Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse for a position in a fast-paced Adult Emergency Department (ED) setting. This state-of-the-art facility handles over 100,000 visits annually and is one of the busiest trauma centers in the country, serving a diverse patient population and assisting with boarder patients.

Job Duties:

• Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in a dynamic emergency department environment.
• Manage and prioritize tasks effectively in a high-pressure setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Requirements:

• Current NY RN License is mandatory.
• Minimum of two (2) years of emergency department experience is required.
• Telemetry experience is essential.
• Must have previous travel Emergency Room experience.

Certifications:

• BLS (American Heart Association)
• ACLS (American Heart Association)
• NIHSS certification

This position involves rotating shifts, including days, evenings, nights, floating among various areas, and regular weekend and holiday work. Candidates must be prepared for on-call responsibilities and quick response needs.
