Head of Operations and Client Experience Full-Time Remote $90k–$140k/year Base + Performance Bonuses About the Role Own the operational engine of the business. Oversee fulfillment, customer support, client experience, revenue protection, systems, automation, and process improvement while working directly with leadership to ensure the company continues to scale efficiently. This is a high-ownership position — you will identify problems, create solutions, build systems, and lead teams without waiting for a playbook.
