Hotel Night Auditor

Night AuditorMarriott Albuquerque is currently seeking a night auditor, the night auditor will assure the highest guest satisfaction by providing superior customer service.Responsibilities:Check guests into and out of the hotel in an accurate, speedy, and courteous manner.Handle payments received.Resolve escalated guest relations issues when needed.Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel policies and services.Respond to and follow up on all guest requests to ensure guests are satisfied with the hotel's services and accommodations.Positively represent and promote the property.Properly compile, complete, and distribute reports to management and team as directed.Report any maintenance security or safety issues.Other duties as assigned.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Front desk experience preferred, but will train.Highly motivated and self-directed.Exceptional customer service skills.Ability to stand for extended periods of time.Ability to work holidays and weekends based on the demands of the hotel.
