Danaher Business System Leader - Global Service

Danaher Business System Leader (DBSL), Global Service Responsible for the thoughtful application of the Danaher Business System (DBS) across the global marketing organization at Beckman Coulter Life Sciences. This role partners with the Global Service Vice President to advocate, uphold, and innovate DBS capabilities at all levels and sub-functions within the Service organization. Responsibilities Govern Service Kaizen & Problem‑Solving Funnels, guiding teams to prioritize focus and ensure ongoing use of DBS Kaizen Standards, Best Practices, and Sustainment. Manage DBS Certification Pipeline, building DBS skill by helping business partners prioritize certification needs, identify candidates, and supporting them throughout the process. Teach DBS and nurture DBS culture through events, trainings and serving as the DBS standard‑bearer for the Service organization. Qualifications Minimum bachelor’s degree in Science, Marketing, Business Administration or related field (master’s preferred). Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, service, marketing, sales operations or continuous‑improvement roles (or equivalent in a continuous improvement‑dedicated position). Minimum 7+ years of overall work experience. Demonstrated use of Danaher Business System fundamentals and commercial tools; Certified Practitioner in one or more tools preferred. Experience partnering with commercial or service senior leaders and leading through influence at all levels of a global organization. Travel & Physical Requirements 35 % travel, including overnight and international. Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. Ability to lift up to 40 lb for training and workshop support. Preferred Experience Strong process orientation, problem‑solving skills, and commitment to delivering results. Ability to perform exceptionally in a fast‑paced, performance‑oriented environment with a sense of urgency. Experienced influencer capable of managing/leading teams at all levels, including executive, without direct authority. Benefits & Compensation Annual salary range $135,000–$155,000 USD, bonus/incentive pay, 401(k) plan, medical/dental/vision insurance, flexible time off, and paid holidays.
