What You'll Do

• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Keep records up to date and assist with client account management.
• Support customer retention by delivering excellent service and identifying opportunities for added value.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure clients receive the best possible experience.
• Begin developing sales skills through customer conversations, with growth into a licensed sales role.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Interest in sales and willingness to obtain an insurance license (with our support).
