Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menu items and improve existing offerings. Assist in catering events, ensuring timely delivery and presentation of meals. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to sanitation standards. Monitor food stock levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Requirements Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or catering environment. Strong knowledge of food handling techniques and food safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen setting. Excellent culinary skills with attention to detail in meal preparation and presentation. Familiarity with fine dining standards is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
