Installation Manager Signature Bath Solutions Mechanicsburg, PA Job Type: Part-Time to Full-Time Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience) Job Summary Signature Bath Solutions is seeking an experienced and motivated Installation Manager to oversee our bath and shower remodeling installation operations. This position is responsible for managing installation schedules, coordinating crews, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction or remodeling, leadership experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate all bath and shower installations Supervise installation crews and ensure quality workmanship Review contracts and coordinate product orders Manage warehouse inventory and vendor relationships Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the installation process Conduct post-installation follow-up with customers Handle permits, documentation, and CRM updates Assist with service calls and resolve installation-related issues Monitor project costs and identify opportunities for improvement Recruit, train, and support installation team members Manage installation calendars, scheduling, and time-off requests Maintain accurate records, including timesheets, receipts, and job completion reports Qualifications 5+ years of construction, remodeling, or installation experience Previous leadership or project management experience preferred Experience with acrylic bath and shower systems preferred Plumbing knowledge is highly preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Customer service-oriented mindset Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Flexible part-time to full-time opportunity Professional development and training Career advancement opportunities Supportive and team-oriented work environment Schedule Monday to Friday Occasional weekends as needed Work Location Mechanicsburg, PA and surrounding areas If you are a motivated leader with installation and remodeling experience looking to grow with a reputable company, we encourage you to apply today. #J-18808-Ljbffr
