Sales Administrative Assistant Position Overview

Davidson’s is currently seeking a full-time, in-house, Sales Administrative Assistant to join our Sales Administration Department and hardworking team in Prescott, Arizona!

Sales Administrative Assistant Responsibilities include

• Coordinating team input on various deadline specific projects
• Proofing and tracking of manufacturer programs and promotions
• Creating, running, and troubleshooting various reports and data sets
• Handling customer service calls and feedback responses
• Recording and documenting procedures

Sales Administrative Assistant Pay & Benefits  

Davidson’s is a business casual environment that offers a generous benefits and compensation package. The starting pay for the  Sales Administrative Assistant will be $19 p/hour in addition to our employee benefits which include family Medical, Dental, and Vision coverages as well as supplemental life insurance, paid time off, employee discounts, flexible spending accounts, short-term/ long-term disability plans, pet insurance, cash benefit plans, and a 401(k) retirement plan with a generous match!

Requirements

• Self-motivated problem-solving abilities to identify on conquer job challenges
• Creativity and critical thinking skills 
• A demonstrated ability for planning and organization skills, handling multiple tasks, and working in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to communicate in a professional and articulate manner with contacts at all levels
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Attention to detail – with double-checking and follow through as a standard
• Ability to work overtime as needed
