Master of Operations: Handle the "business side"—cash management, inventory tracking, and hitting those profit goals using our FOCUS system. Problem Solver: Handle customer needs with grace and keep the restaurant clean, safe, and ready for action. The "Key Ingredients" (What You Bring) The Experience: Previous restaurant leadership experience is preferred—you know how a kitchen hums! The Skills: You’re organized, a great communicator, and a pro at handling cash. The Vibe: Positive, adaptable, and ready to uphold our core values every single shift.
