Job Summary Under general supervision, the Registered Nurse II provides individualized, goal‑directed patient care to families and patients at the competent level utilizing the principles and practices of the nursing process; delivers safe and effective care and interacts with other members of the health care team to achieve desired results. Schedule & Compensation 36 scheduled weekly hours: 3 twelve‑hour shifts per week, 7A‑7P, some weekend call. Sign‑On Bonus: $30,000 available to new hires with experience. Qualifications and Licensure Associate’s Degree in Nursing. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Registered Nurse licensure by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (e.g., AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers). Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required. Physical and Mental Requirements Ability to perform job functions while standing, sitting, walking, climbing stairs, working indoors and outside in temperature extremes, from elevated areas, in confined/cramped spaces, kneeling positions, bending at the waist, twisting, squatting, performing pinching operations, gross and fine motor activities, reaching overhead, repetitive motions, using both legs, balancing, hearing, vision, and dealing effectively with stressful situations.
