Hospice Admissions Nurse & Community Liaison

Bristol Hospice is looking for an Admissions RN in St. Louis, MO. This full-time position involves establishing relationships with customers and enhancing access to hospice services in the community. Responsibilities include conducting initial assessments, facilitating communication among referral sources, and providing professional nursing care. Ideal candidates will have a current RN license, experience as a nurse, and the ability to work independently.
