KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Support full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring Assist with HR policy administration and employee communications, helping ensure policies and procedures are consistently applied Maintain accurate employee and recruiting records in HRIS/ATS systems Coordinate performance management processes, including review cycles, documentation, and follow-up with employees and managers Support new hire onboarding and HR documentation Assist with employee relations, HR projects, and day-to-day HR operations REQUIREMENT: Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/recruiting systems Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong organizational skills and attention to detail QUALITIFICATION: Highly proactive, dependable, and team oriented Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, sound judgment, and strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and company information Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse work environment, building positive relationships with employees and colleagues from different backgrounds EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related function, preferably in a startup, manufacturing, technology, or fast-paced environment SALARY: $60,000 – $80,000 BENEFIT: 401K 6% matching (NO vesting period) Healthcare 100% support (Health, Dental, Vision) Life, STD, LTD 100 % support PTO and self-development #J-18808-Ljbffr
