Job Description

Ryder is Now Urgently Hiring Local CDL-A Truck Drivers in Rancho Cordova, CA! Earn $1,800+ per Week - Get Home Daily

Pay, Home Time & More:

- Earn $1,800+ per week

- Hourly pay: $29.00 per hour

- Route: Local, home daily

- 80 hours PTO your first year, starting day one (use it or get paid for it)

- Uniform, cell phone, and boot allowance

Schedule, Freight & Equipment:

- Schedule: Monday - Friday, occasional Saturdays as needed

- Hours per week: 55+

- Start time: 12:00 AM - 7:00 AM dispatch

- Deliver solo to: Northern California

- Tractor type: Day cab & sleepers

- Trailer type: Dry van 28', 48', and 53'

- Equipment: Manual pallet jack & lift gates

- Ryder will train you on all the equipment needed to be successful

- Freight: Tailgate deliveries - Palletized freight

Requirements:

- Valid Class A CDL

- 9 months of experience within the past 3 years

- 6 months winter driving and tire chain experience required

- Minimum 21 years of age

- Pass a Ryder Drug Test

- Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check, including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years

- Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test
