Property Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Cardinal Staffing is looking for an expereinced Property Maintenance Technician to over see the grounds at several company locations in Sandusky, OH.
Duties will include but not limited too:

• Mowing-Zero turn exp.
• Trimming
• Watering
• Weed eating
• Weed spraying
• Raking
• General clean up

Must be able to follow directions, work independently or with a teamAbility to work overtime as needed, sometimes with short notice.
Shift- 1st Mon- Fri. 7a-5p Saturdays 7a-12pCompensation $20
Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 yrs. experience
• Valid Drivers License
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
