Boutique Director: Lead Teams, Elevate Client Experience

Summary The Boutique Director is the leader and brand ambassador for the Houston boutique, responsible for building and developing an exceptional team, delivering superior client service, and exceeding performance targets. They coach and mentor boutique leadership, drive sales through strategic and community-driven initiatives, and continuously improve operations using key performance indicators. The role requires regular in-store presence and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Responsibilities Coach, inspire, and develop boutique staff to deliver an elevated client experience. Act as a leader of leaders by mentoring boutique leadership and empowering teams to manage their direct reports and business responsibilities. Develop and achieve business goals, partnering with the boutique team and Home Office to implement creative sales strategies. Represent the brand in the market through community involvement, partnerships, and social or seasonal events to grow the client base. Ensure boutique image, merchandising, and operational standards are upheld to drive business results. Monitor KPIs, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and adapt plans with agility and resilience. Requirements Minimum 7 years of related experience in boutique or retail leadership. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven people leadership, coaching, and strong communication skills. Passion for client experience and the brand, with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style. Ability to lift 15 lbs and maintain a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
