UI/UX Designer

Job Summary We are seeking a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer for a direct hire opportunity in Seattle, WA. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys creating intuitive, engaging, and visually polished digital experiences across web and mobile applications. The UI/UX Designer will work closely with stakeholders, project teams, and developers to translate user needs and business goals into effective design solutions. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to gather, evaluate, and translate user requirements into effective UX/UI design solutions. Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs for responsive web and mobile applications. Design intuitive interface components, including menus, dashboards, forms, navigation elements, and interactive user experiences. Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to identify user needs, behavior patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Present design concepts to stakeholders, explain design decisions, and incorporate feedback throughout the design process. Partner with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately while maintaining brand, design system, and accessibility standards. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $90,000 to $100,000 per year. Job type: Direct hire. Location: Seattle, WA.
