Together for Youth
Together for Youth is seeking a dedicated Family Specialist to assess families, develop and evaluate treatment and discharge plans, and coordinate services for youth. The role involves home visits, collaboration with schools and community agencies, and ensuring documentation and confidentiality in all activities.
