Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and licensed Clinical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and/or groups. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions to support clients in achieving emotional wellness and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs
• Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client records
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary
• Ensure compliance with all ethical, legal, and professional standards
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and supervision
• Educate clients and families on coping strategies and treatment options

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
• A Plus if you speak Fluent Spanish
• Current state licensure required (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2+ years of clinical therapy experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques
• Experience with EMR/EHR documentation systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
