This Personal Banker role is located in PNC’s West Bank Branch in Austin, TX. Key Responsibilities Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer’s financial wellbeing. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow the customer’s share of wallet and position PNC solutions to drive revenue and loyalty. Conduct proactive sales conversations via outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement. Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions. Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools, and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately. Qualifications Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience. Minimum 3+ years of banking or related experience. Knowledge of banking products, digital awareness, and effective communication. Skills in proactive sales, customer experience, leveraging technology, and managing multiple priorities. Proficiency in identifying opportunities, prospecting, and understanding customer needs. Bilingual Spanish — Preferred. Licensure: none required at this time; subject to background checks per Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
