Now Hiring a Customer Service Representative [ First Shift] Join a Growing Company in Cleveland, OH! Job Duties & Responsibilities: Process domestic and international orders accurately using ERP (D365 F&O) Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, Teams, Zoom, and web portals Handle order changes, cancellations, and returns Prepare export paperwork and shipping documentation (Proforma Invoice, SED, HS Codes, etc.) Communicate with internal teams (Production, Sales, Logistics) to ensure accurate lead times and delivery Maintain and update Customer Master records in ERP and CRM (MS CE) Access and use customer portals (e.g., Exostar, DIBBS, Ariba) Provide quotes and process POs with correct specs, terms, and pricing Help improve internal systems and represent the voice of the customer Support internal and external customers across domestic, government, and international channels Benefits: Employee Stock Ownership 401k + Match Quarterly Performance Bonus Plan Four Day Work Week (Horizons Fridays!)
