Position Overview The Support Associate supports a customer and product‑focused sales culture, performing merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization to maintain operational excellence. Responsibilities Process and organize merchandise for the sales floor, ensuring proper storage, ticketing, and replenishment. Merchandise new products promptly and accurately enter receiving documents into the computer system. Participate in pricing changes, markdowns, and visual merchandising directives, including floorsets and window changes. Assist with store‐to‐store transfers, location requests, visual packet materials, and signage placement. Promote MAPS principles, providing a cohesive omni‑channel customer experience. Collaborate with team members to solve problems and pursue personal development opportunities. Perform other duties as assigned and support visual cleanliness and organization. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous stock or cashier experience preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older. Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills. Strong organizational abilities and multitasking in a fast‑paced environment. Adaptable to technology and able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Regular attendance essential; majority of shift standing required. Physical Requirements Constant walking/standing – 67‑100% of 8‑hour shift. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. – 1‑33% of 8‑hour shift.
