Responsibilities

• Navigate customers to appropriate products, services, and resources
• Identify opportunities for additional sales and lead-generation during customer interactions
• Support business growth by recognizing customer needs and recommending relevant solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience
• Contribute to branch and sales performance goals
