Outpatient Family Medicine Physician
We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Peoria, AZ. This full-time position is ideal for individuals passionate about community medicine, offering a 100% outpatient setting with minimal call responsibilities.

Requirements:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Completed residency in Family or Internal Medicine accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education
- Board certified or board eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
- Active and unrestricted medical license to practice in Arizona.
- Current DEA registration for prescribing controlled substances.
- Prior experience in a family medicine setting preferred.
