The General Manager creates a culture aligned with Sunrise values, delivering exceptional care and hospitality while maximizing occupancy and revenue.What You'll Do:Lead overall community operations including financial performance, quality care and complianceOwn Sales & Marketing strategy to drive occupancy, revenue growth and market positionManage P&L, budgets, labor planning and expense controlsRecruit, hire, coach and develop high-performing leadership teamsDrive resident and family satisfaction, engagement and retentionOversee regulatory compliance, risk management and quality assurance programsPartner with Sales leadership to advance leads and strengthen referral networksLead change initiatives and promote a culture of accountability and trustBuild strong community partnerships and business development relationshipsWhat We're Looking For:Prior General Manager/Administrator leadership experienceStrong financial and sales acumen with P&L management expertiseProven success leading large, multi-disciplinary teamsKnowledge of senior living regulations and operationsExcellent communication, decision-making and problem-solving skillsPassion for serving seniors and building thriving communitiesAbility to work flexible hours as neededGeneral Manager – Lead Community Operations and Team SuccessPay Range: 147,680.00 - 211,016.00Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
