Responsibilities

• Assess patients on admission using interview techniques to obtain past medical history, current status, vital signs, and diagnostic results.
• Develop and implement a written care plan under physician direction, coordinating with the patient, family, and care team.
• Administer medications and monitor responses, document in the electronic health record, and report adverse effects promptly.
• Monitor vital signs, laboratory results, and imaging findings; intervene and escalate as needed to maintain patient safety.
• Provide patient and family education, support discharge planning, and collaborate with multiple disciplines to ensure quality care.
• Uphold infection control, safety standards, and regulatory compliance throughout the care process.

Requirements

• Licensure: Valid State of New Hampshire RN license or Compact license
• Certifications: BLS required; ACLS required
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience: Three years of nursing experience preferred; strong MS/Tele experience
• Ability to work in a hospital setting and perform duties associated with a 12-hour shift
