Join Our Professional OTR Driver Team
Join a professional team of OTR drivers where safety, consistency, and driver support are the priority. This position offers reliable miles, modern equipment, and a balanced schedule that keeps you on the move while still having time at home to rest.
12 days on the road / 2 days at home schedule designed to keep you productive while maintaining a good work-life balance.
Details of the Load • 100% no-touch freight • 50–60% drop & hook • 40–50% live unload
No mandatory dispatches to NYC – Drivers are not required to enter New York or its five boroughs.
Area of Operation • Cargoes move through all 48 states • Most routes are east of I-35
Suggested dispatch system, which recommends loads based on: availability of cargo, driver location, safety, and potential earnings.
Miles • Average: ~2,000 miles per week • Top drivers: 2,300 – 3,000+ miles per week • Average trip length: ~400 miles
Pay and Additional Compensation • Detention pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour (or more if required by law) • Layover/breakdown pay: $100 per day (or more if required by law)
Performance Bonus • Earn up to 3 additional cents per mile (CPM) • Based on safety, mileage, and productivity • Bonus starts the first day of the month after being hired
The top 20% of OTR drivers at the JAX terminal earn $1,500+ per week
Trainer Program (Optional – Increase Your Earnings) Drivers with 1 year of OTR experience can participate in the program:
$250 additional per week while you have a student in your truck • Up to $1,000 bonus when the student graduates • Possibility to earn up to $20,000 additional per year
Requires 30 days of safe driving with the company to be eligible.
Notes on Bonus Eligibility • Must be an active company driver on the day the bonus is paid • The performance bonus may be modified or canceled with prior notice according to applicable law • Employment remains at-will (can be terminated at any time by either party)
