Job Description:
We are seeking a Lead Cook to oversee kitchen operations, ensure food quality and safety, and assist in training kitchen staff. The ideal candidate has strong culinary skills, leadership experience, and a commitment to delivering excellent dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Lead and coordinate kitchen staff during meal preparation and service
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
• Train and mentor kitchen team members
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Communicate effectively with management and front-of-house staff

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a cook, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• ServSafe Certification (preferred)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
