The Internet Manager at Shottenkirk Automotive Group is responsible for managing and overseeing the company's online presence and digital marketing strategies. This role requires strong analytical and technical skills, as well as a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.

Responsibilities:

Internet Lead Management

• Monitor all incoming Internet leads from the dealership website, OEM websites, third-party lead providers, social media, chat, and other digital sources.
• Respond to leads promptly and professionally.
• Contact customers by phone, email, text, and online chat.
• Review each customer's inquiry and determine their vehicle needs, budget, trade-in information, and buying timeline.
• Provide accurate information regarding vehicle availability, pricing, features, incentives, and promotions.
