Regular Employee | Hourly Non-Exempt | $25.00 - $25.00 What you’ll do: Perform MIG/TIG welding (AWS3G/4G) on steel, stainless, and aluminum per blueprints and weld symbols. Set up and maintain welding equipment; follow detailed operator instructions and quality standards. Inspect work and prior processes to ensure quality and production flow. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; support 5S and lean initiatives. What you need to be successful: High School Diploma or GED; excellent attendance and positive attitude. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld specifications. Pass a welding certification test; prior welding experience/certifications preferred. Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
