Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to set up, operate, and maintain computer-controlled machines in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with precision machining, read and interpret technical drawings, and ensure parts meet quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to production specifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders

• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines

• Measure and inspect finished parts using precision tools to ensure adherence to specifications

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Collaborate with production team members to meet production schedules

Required Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude

• Knowledge of machining tools, cutting speeds, and materials

• Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with CNC programming

• Experience with multiple types of CNC machinery

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
