Location: Flower Mound, Texas
Duration: 14 Weeks
Position Type: Travel
Shift: Days – 8 Hours
Schedule: Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Job Summary

A healthcare clinic specializing in cardiac and vascular care is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to support outpatient clinical operations and patient care activities.

The ideal candidate will have prior cardiac and vascular experience, strong outpatient clinical skills, and the ability to support stress testing procedures and venipuncture in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with cardiac stress testing procedures
• Administer medications including dobutamine as required
• Perform venipuncture and support clinical patient care activities
• Monitor patient responses during diagnostic and treatment procedures
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and clinical records
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff to ensure quality patient care
• Follow established clinical protocols, safety procedures, and infection control standards
• Provide compassionate and professional patient care within an outpatient clinic environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) license
• National certification active at the time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of recent outpatient healthcare clinic experience within the past 3 years
• Required cardiac and vascular clinical experience
• Experience in outpatient settings such as:
  • Urgent Care
  • Internal Medicine
  • Family Practice
• Ability to verify highest level of education through diploma, transcripts, or GED documentation
• Ability to verify prior employment through third-party verification systems

Preferred Experience

• Experience assisting with:
  • Cardiac stress testing
  • Venipuncture
  • Medication administration
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced outpatient clinic settings
