Customer Care Representative I

Job Summary This position requires the handling of customer transactions in regards to several areas: 1) Debit Cards, 2) Wire Transfers, 3) Online Banking Support, and 4) Customer Service. Ensure we meet compliance with federal, state, and local banking regulations and procedures. Available to supply customers with help in these areas. Essential Functions Debit Cards Lost/Stolen Cards Limit Increases PIN changes Auth Blocking Statusing Cards Travel Notations Online/Mobile Banking Support Online/Mobile Setup Account Activity Bill Pay e-Statement Stop Payments Check Orders Downloading Account Transactions Internal/External Transfers Managing Alerts Customer Service Balance Inquiries Transfers Loan Payments Website navigation Internal/External Transfers Additional Functions F&M Product knowledge Wire Transfer knowledge Debit Card knowledge Online Banking knowledge Other duties as assigned by management High level customer requests Requirements (Education, Experience) High School Diploma 1+ years experience Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Team player Good verbal and written communication skills Good interpersonal skills; able to work well with a wide range of people. Good organizational and time management skills. Strong sense of customer service. Strong attention to detail. Basic math skills Strong basic computer skills. Ability to multi-task Physical Requirements This work is sedentary and requires the following physical activities: Sitting/standing for long periods of time; occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping; good finger dexterity and feeling; frequent repetitive motions; talking, hearing, and visual acuity.
