TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PACU/Pre-Post Op RN in Chattanooga, Tennessee, 37404!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: PACU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 08:00-20:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in ICU/PACU License: Active RN license Certifications: CCRN and CAPA preferred Must-Have: - Advanced skills including ICU skill set - ACLS, BLS, PALS Description: The unit has 16 beds with a patient ratio of 1:2. Only Registered Nurses are present, with no unit secretary or tech. Equipment includes bedside monitors and a-lines. Documentation is performed using Meditech. Shift scheduling requires 12-hour shifts with call rotations. There is no floating policy. Procedures performed include intubations, led by anesthesia. While no specific certifications are required, advanced skills are preferred. The dress code consists of navy blue scrubs. Candidates should note the importance of strong teamwork within the unit.
