Bilingual Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Illinois Clinical Practice- Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist — Bilingual English/Spanish Strongly Preferred Help families feel seen, heard, and understood — in the language that feels most natural to them. What You'll Do As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you'll provide compassionate, trauma-informed care through telehealth while partnering with families to support meaningful, lasting change. You'll manage a caseload of 15–36 sessions per week , with the flexibility to choose part-time or full-time . Your day-to-day will include: Conducting clinical intakes and assessments Developing client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans Providing individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth Collaborating with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other members of our interdisciplinary team Maintaining timely and accurate documentation in our EHR Delivering culturally responsive care that recognizes each family's unique needs and experiences Scheduling: Most clinicians work weekday afternoons and evenings, typically 2:00–9:00 PM EST . Weekend availability is a plus. We want our clinicians to feel supported, valued, and empowered to grow. $45–$65 per billable hour , based on license level Monthly bonus opportunities for eligible clinicians based on applicable productivity and performance criteria 401(k) with 3% company match Paid time off Free clinical supervision for LMSW/LPC roles Clinical leadership opportunities , including our Residency & Fellowship Program Fully remote work Earn More with Monthly Bonuses Eligible clinicians have the opportunity to earn an additional monthly performance-based bonus based on applicable productivity and performance criteria.
