Your work will include: Attracting and engaging qualified candidates for roles that support Oaklawn’s mission Building relationships with colleges, schools, professional organizations, and community partners Developing recruitment partnerships that help broaden Oaklawn’s reach and visibility Partnering with hiring managers on recruitment planning, candidate selection, compensation, job offers, and onboarding support Hiring for a wide variety of positions across the organization, from support staff to licensed clinical and medical professionals Maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future opportunities This is a meaningful opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, sharing an organization’s story, and helping recruiting strategies lead to successful hiring.
